We held our traditional New Year Picnic at Matilda Bay on Tuesday night, 5th January.

There was a good role up of Western Endeavarians and friends who enjoyed the beautiful weather, food and fellowship. Everybody was nice an relaxed and ready for 2010.

I am not sure whether the evening will help with the forthcoming Waist Disposal Challenge weigh-in!

John Boxall certainly knows how to celebrates his wife's birthday........take her to the Picnic! We had a very loud round of happy birthday for Jane. John showed he had something up his sleeve with some pretty fireworks over the river for Jane. Excellent timing John!!

Also we had the pleasure of some Rotarians from Bologna........obviously they have no trouble attracting young women to their Clubs. Chris is seen receiving their Rotary Banner.

Next Tuesday morning it is back at Meeka's for our first formal meeting of the year, so see you there.

The following week we are having a Vocational Visit at 6.00pm to Microanalysis Australia (Albany Highway, Vic Park) and dinner at Elies Tent (Lebanese) and enjoy some belly dancing. Elies is next door to Microanalysis Australia. I hope to see you there, but please register. Friends and family very welcome.
