Members and guests enjoyed another great changeover at the Hillarys Yacht Club on the evening of Sunday 26th June. Outgoing District Governor  (DG) Jerry Picher and Kerry and Assistant Governor Michele Alexander joined us along with Roslyn Kay, principal of Rosalie Primary School who was accompanied by her father Bob.

DG Jerry inducted the club's newest member Byron Williamson with the assistance of President Rohan. Welcome Byron, we are looking forward to your contributions to our club. Paul Harris Fellows were also awarded to Michael Lee and Bruce dufty for their great work for the club and the community.

Outgoing President Rohan Nagappa gave an overview of the 2015/16 Rotary year and thanks the outgoing Board before handing the chain of office to incoming President David Fisher.

President David spoke about his plans for the coming year and introduced his board:

Director International - Harry Nesbitt

Director Community Service - Geoff Ross

Director Fundraising - Jane O'Leary

In the tradition of the club, Geoff Ross offered the roast of PP Rohan which was greatly enjoyed by all. We didn't realise we had a president who was related to Gandhi.

Members and guests had an enjoyable evening with good food, good fellowship and the opportunity to reflect on the great work done by the club in the 2015/16 Rotary year.
